What you’ll do :
The Creative Services Account Manager is accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets as needed, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving the marketing department’s goals and achieving their vision - aligning projects with business objectives, constructing detailed work plans, managing teams, achieving milestones, and communicating the results to stakeholders. The account manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goals are being achieved.
Responsibilities :
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and / or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What you’ll need :
Education : Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a marketing-related field.
Experience :
Certifications : Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred
SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and / or air
