What you’ll do :
The Director of Voice and Network Operations at LifePoint Health is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the Voice Services and Network Operations Center (NOC). This role requires an individual with extensive experience in managing and negotiating Cisco phone systems, Five9 call centers, and leading a team of Systems Analysts and Systems Engineers. The Director will ensure the efficient operation and continuous improvement of voice services and network infrastructure across a large integrated delivery network.

Qualifications
What you’ll need :
Education : Bachelor's Degree or relevant equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience : At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on voice.
