What you’ll do :
The Manager, Purchase Agreement Administration, works with the GPO contract feed and line-item detail to ensure that all procurement activity is updated daily for a clean system buying environment.
Responsibilities :
- Works in the ERP system to ensure that all items are on agreements so that they are purchasable.
- Supports category management and contract administration as new contracts are negotiated to add blanket purchase agreements to the ERP to allow facilities to purchase contracted items.
- Manually build blanket purchase agreements for all good and services to be purchased from a supplier if not on contract.
- Facilitate the creation of tiered pricing agreements to ensure the appropriate facilities are paying the correct price based on their volume.
- Works with the master data management team to assist in adding new items to existing or new agreements.
- Provides escalated customer service support on contracting and procurement process specific to contract content.
- Utilize system reporting and data analysis to monitor purchase agreement needs and prioritize actions.
- Sustain regular and reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What you’ll need :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience : Minimum3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, contracts management or related functions.
