What you’ll do :
The Manager, Supply Contract Administration will manage the contract library, provide escalated customer service support and facilitate contract development and redline activities between suppliers.
Responsibilities :
- Supports category managers with bidding processes if / when key terms or schedules for contracting are part of sourcing events
- Supports contract development with standard terms, operating conditions and standards
- Facilitates contract development and redline activities between suppliers, business owners, category managers, legal, compliance and other required departments and stakeholders based on contract type
- Supports contract term summaries and education as needed
- Supports contract amendment, archiving as needed
- Provides escalated customer service support on contracting process and contract content specific to the designated contract types
- Manages and administers contract library for specific to the designated contract types
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What you’ll need :
Education : Associates Degree required, preferably in the areas of Supply Chain Operations or related years of experience
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, contracts management or related functions.
