What you’ll do :
The Senior Specialist, Payment Run and Controls, manages the daily standard and exception payment runs and resolves any payment issues.
Responsibilities :
- Manages the daily standard and exception payment runs.
- Monitors file transmissions from the bank.
- Resolves any payment issues.
- Manages a log of payment issues and the related resolutions.
- Performs payment process control steps such as materiality audits and duplicate payment checks.
- Supports Void, Cancel, re-issue, check, ACH and wire requests per process and policy.
- Supports escalated payment related inquiries from the contact center.
- Manages Escheatment process.
- Manages annual 1099 process.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What you’ll need :
Education : Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Supply Chain Operations or related years of experience.
Experience : Minimum 2-3 years with experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital / healthcare environment.
