Provides direct and indirect patient care within scope of practice under the supervision of the RN / LPN.Required SkillsLicenses and or Certifications : Current Kentucky CNA certification with current listing on the Kentucky Board of Nursing Nurse Aide Registry.Certifications : Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date.Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
