Job Title: Travel Nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated travel nurse to join our team as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN).
About the Job
This 13-week contract opportunity requires the successful candidate to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts. The start date for this position is March 17th, 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, prioritizing complex medical needs and responding to emergencies promptly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, interventions, and progress.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices, new technologies, and evidence-based guidelines.
Requirements:
- RN licensure and current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU or critical care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
