- Patient Ratios : 2 : 1
- Equipment : CRRT, Vents, HD monitoring, Aquadex, Transvenous Pacing, TOF / BIS monitoring
- EHR : Cerner
- Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.” : variety, no peds
- Must Have Skills / Experience : Preceptor, charge, CRRT, Transvenous pacing
- Preferred Skillset / Experience : post cardiac cath care
- Common Diagnosis / Treatment : ARF and complex sepsis
- Personality Fit : Assertive but able to work in a team setting. Willingness to advocate for your patient / family. This is a very high acuity dept with strong personalities that take great care of the patients!
