LifeROOTS is a not-for-profit organization that provides resources and support to people with various disabilities. LifeROOTS has new management, a pleasant work environment, and nice coworkers. We also offer generous sick and vacation, and one personal day off per year. This position is being offered in Albuquerque. This is a full-time position 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
This position manages a caseload of 0 to 3 years and works with families for early intervention services. The role
provides information, makes referrals to other community resources, coordinates, and ensures the delivery of all services. It provides services that include consultation with the family, designing learning environments, and implementing planned activities that promote the child’s healthy development and acquisition of skills that lead to achieving outcomes in the child’s IFSP.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience as an FSC.
- Previous experience in a closely related field preferred.
- Certifications: Maintains appropriate training required by FIT and LifeROOTS.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Ongoing training is part of the job.
