Responsibilities
- You will provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.
- We expect you to assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring the comfort and privacy of each individual.
- You shall engage individuals in recreational and leisure activities, promoting social interaction and overall well-being.
- We expect you to follow established protocols and procedures for medication administration, accurately documenting all medications given.
- You will assist individuals in meal planning, preparation, and feeding, considering their dietary restrictions or preferences.
- We expect you to promote a safe and clean environment by maintaining cleanliness standards, organizing living spaces, and performing light housekeeping duties.
- You shall effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, families, and other professionals involved in the care of individuals, providing updates and participating in meetings as required.
- We expect you to observe and report any significant changes in an individual's behavior, health, or emotional status to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional.
Requirements
