Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Inventory Specialist organizes and maintains inventory, maintains good inventory management processes, receives, and monitors inventory levels and product movement. Process materials through the stockroom and ensure transactional accuracy. Participate in cycle counts of inventory and yearly physical inventory.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Inventory Specialist organizes and maintains inventory, maintains good inventory management processes, receives, and monitors inventory levels and product movement. Process materials through the stockroom and ensure transactional accuracy. Participate in cycle counts of inventory and yearly physical inventory.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Establish a working relationship with all contractors
- Fill daily orders within 24 hours of receipt
- Receive inventory within 24 hours of receipt
- Test returned inventory within 48 hours of receipt
- Monitor and adjust reorder points as required to maintain inventory levels per the corporate goals and ensure we do not miss installs
- Timely and accurate fulfillment of daily replenishment orders for customers and shop locations
- Handle inbound and outbound shipping of products to clients
- Properly receive transfer devices and maintain an accurate inventory count
- Complete all control reports
- Monitor and adjust levels on incoming and outgoing inventory to prepare device to new client
- Maintains a clean and professional staging area (Front Desk to service center)
- Answer incoming calls from clients and contractors
- Maintain the front desk for walk in clients
- Assist to minimize or reduce freight expenses
Required Experience:
- Must have excellent phone and computer skills especially within MS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Inventory experience preferred
- Exceptional intrapersonal skills
- Experience working in a customer service or receptionist field preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
