We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler System Estimator / Designer. This position is responsible for surveying, estimating, and laying out fire sprinkler and water-based fire protection system projects. The position will interface directly with the sales team and operations to successfully estimate projects and design them. The estimator will utilize estimating check lists, obtain current and accurate pricing, craft a bill of materials, and intelligently estimate labor hours tied to a work break down structure of the project inside our estimating system. This position will report directly to the fire sprinkler department manager.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team member is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The Team member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Team member is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The Team member must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
