Your Role
You will be responsible for creating, managing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)/Metrics. This role will require strong analytical skills and the ability to work with various data systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the overall functions of the Roadside Toll Systems Team by performing report generation, creation of new alerts, database migrations, vendor build deployments, hardware replacements, SQL distributor maintenance, and roadside replication support.
- Work with monitoring operation center and other SLAM team members to oversee and monitor third party patching, deep-dive data analysis, Power BI report development and works with other teams to support databases across multiple platforms and computing environments.
- Analyze data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schema(s), and then designs, develops, amends, and optimizes to meet system(s) requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and normalize relevant information related to business processes, functions, and operations to evaluate data credibility and determine relevance and meaning.
