Work/Life Balance:

Schedules and Shifts:
What would you do with 4 days off each week?
12-Hour Shifts, including 1 Weekend Day - Typical Schedule start time is 7:00AM-9:00AM
Typical Shifts Include: Front Half (Sunday-Tuesday) and Back Half (Thursday-Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:
“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
Support people with daily living activities, such as:
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing from kneeling position, kneel with one knee on the ground, shuffle, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and coordination (accurately performing multi-step physical procedures)
• Help people with basic needs, like showering and dressing
• Effectively read, write, and document basic concepts in the English language
• Drive with valid license to transport individuals in larger than normal vehicles
• Follow and implement individualized plans and support people to achieve their goals
• Help foster and maintain dignity, privacy, and comfort for people
• Assist with individual medical needs, including medication administration

Requirements
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalency is required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required. May require training/testing to drive accessible vehicle. Prior experience working with children or adults with disabilities or challenging behaviors preferred. Successful completion
and certification in training provided by agency within specific time allotment required.
