Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate, Digital Engagement to support our digital initiatives within the life sciences industry. This role involves executing data-driven marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize online engagement for healthcare, biotech, and pharmaceutical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management of clients under the Digital Engagement team
- Use creativity to help build out innovative marketing campaigns and build strategic "big picture" planning for clients
- Utilize social listening tool and manual analysis to conduct influencer identification reports and work with team members on recommendations for influencer programs
- Lead daily social media monitoring and community management efforts for our healthcare companies’ social media channels
- Research and write copy for digital marketing content (to include organic social copy, paid social ads, search ads, video and graphic copy, etc.) and review content from Associates
- Help build personas and audience behavior reports including findings, and initial recommendations
- Create organic social media reports for select clients ensuring next steps include strategic tactics
- Lead social listening reports with associate to recommend thoughtful strategies for clients
- Assist with paid media reports delivered by the Paid Media team ensuring key insights are consistent with a clients’ larger digital plan
- Use data reports to aid with tactical planning for large campaigns and ensuring recommendations fit with platform best practices
- Lead the management and day-to-day tactics of specific influencer campaigns
- Be a key partner for the paid media specialist and lead launching and ongoing optimization for paid campaigns
- Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert in industry updates and platform usability; educate team members
- Assist in managing the LifeSci Comms social media accounts
- Understand SEM and SEO and their roles in a marketing ecosystem
