Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from initial planning and scoping to final delivery and handoff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are understood and met.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks or challenges during the implementation process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Provide training and support to clients as needed to ensure successful adoption of the company’s products or services.
- Document all client interactions, decisions, and project progress in the company’s project management tools.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the implementation process to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Function as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated to relevant teams.
- Lead and participate general company process improvement projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-5 years project management experience required.
- Experience with Project Management Software
- Experience in the manufacturing and 3PL industries is highly desired.
- Medical Device, Pharma, and Plasma experience preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred (not required).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Power Bl or Tableau experience preferred.
- Demonstration of the following:

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams with internal and external customer
- Ability to work effectively and manage risk in a challenging environment with ambiguity and chang
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizatio

- Diligence and organization
Technical Expertise
- Expertly navigate through ERP system - Tecsys Elite, Cognos.
- Intermediate to Advance in Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel (including Statistics and Pivot
- Tables), Access, Project, PowerPoint, Word.
- Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments and transportation.
- Ability to conduct/track analytics related to Client performance.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Advanced public speaking and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Employment Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen)
- Other requirements such as professional licensing.
Physical/Mental/Visual Demands

- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to travel up to 30%. May travel regularly to alternate sites for internal audits and Client support.
Working Conditions
- Activities occur in a typical office environment; some activities may be conducted in warehouse.
- Employee is subjected to extreme cold while working in the freezer.
- Hazardous conditions may exist, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current and working in high places.
