Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Caregiver and Executive Assistant to provide care for two young men with muscular dystrophy. This unique role combines hands-on caregiving with key administrative support for the COO of LifeSeasons. The position offers full benefits, a competitive salary, and opportunities for personal downtime during overnight shifts, while remaining available to provide care as needed.
Responsibilities :
Primary-Caregiving Duties :
- Assist with nightly routines, including evening medications, personal hygiene, Hoyer lift transfers, toileting, muscle massage and getting in bed.
- Repositioning and attending to comfort needs throughout the night.
- Assist with occasional, rare hygiene-related needs, which may include managing unforeseen situations during the night.
- Assist with morning routines, including getting up, toileting, showering, dressing, morning medications and simple breakfast.
Secondary- Administrative and Special Projects :

This weekend night can alternate or switch as needed, based on mutual agreement.)
