- Maintain current knowledge of and ensure all procurement actions are completed in accordance with the Acquisition Policy & Procurement Manual
- Procure for parts, supplies and services including those with unique aspects or critical characteristics using the most effective method
- Conduct market research, identify potential vendors, and create solicitation packages
- Evaluate offers, comparative price analyses for reasonableness and recommends awards
- Evaluate incoming requests for completeness including due dates, accounting codes, item descriptions, quantities, etc.
- Maintain logs, as required, and needed, to timely and accurately track procurements from receipt to closure
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers to include resolving issues expeditiously, providing updates and resolving concerns
- Maintain records of performance and charts of assigned key performance indicators
- Follow CDSS plan and Code of Conduct system daily
- Adhere to required property control policies and procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping in all areas and comply with safety practices
- Model, mentor, monitor appropriate Career Success Standards
- Demonstrate and abide by LifeSkills Connection’s core values and operating principles
- Comply with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulation, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) LifeSkills Connection’s policies and procedures, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Center policies and procedures
- Participate in PRH mandated staff training; Failure to participate may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination
- Perform other duties as assigned
