Position : LISW or LMHT Candidate
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Reports To : Vice-President
Position Description : Under the supervision of a Licensed Independent Social Worker, provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups, and families to promote ideal mental health and well-being.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Meet with clients regularly to provide clinical treatment
- Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress and maintain appropriate documentation
- Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
- Refer clients to specialists as necessary
- Serve as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations
- Assist with insurance processes and client account collections
- Conduct trainings as needed virtually or in person
- Assist clients into the relaxation rooms
- Perform other duties as assigned
