- Provide assistance to equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled laborers as needed.
- Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards.
- Load or unload construction materials.
- Assemble and disassemble temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
- Excavate, fill, or compact earth.
- FOLLOW instructions from supervisors.
- Support craft workers in their tasks.
- Be prepared to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
- Clean up construction sites.
