Title: Accounting Manager

Worksite: LifeSkills Corporate

County: Warren

Hours Status: Full-Time, M-F, 7:30-4:30

Pay Range: $45,000 annually

Brief Job Description:

Oversee the financial operations of the nonprofit organization with a specific focus on quarterly State financial reporting and monthly operational billing processes. This role ensures accurate financial data, timely reporting, and efficient billing processes that support the organization's fiscal stability and strategic objectives.

Provide supervision and professional development for accounting staff assigned to billing and reporting functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; or Associate's degree with 3-5 years accounting experience including supervisory responsibilities

Skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Business Central) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent time management abilities to meet reporting deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
