Hospice CNA

• Pay starts at $19.50/hr with an opportunity to earn more based upon experience
• Hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm
• Must be able to travel between our service area of Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem and Reading area.
  
• Prior Hospice experience preferred
• Must have an Active CNA License

Lifesong Hospice and Palliative Care is a subsidiary of Country Meadows Retirement Communities. We are now hiring a Full-Time Hospice CNA (Certified Nurse Aide) to join our expanding team. As a Hospice CNA you will be responsible for meeting patient care needs assigned by Team Director. As a CNA you will be responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations, and documenting observations and care performed.
