Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive mental health care to patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with mental health needs.

Duties

• Provide outpatient psychiatric services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans focused on their unique needs.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in psychiatric care.
• Attend regular team meetings for consultation and collaboration on practice management improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards in our electronic health record (EHR) system..

Salary : $140,000 - $156,000
