The Central Navigation Rehab Coordinator organizes, audits and tracks Managed Part B authorizations and extensions. CNRCs review Managed Part B billing weekly, to ensure accuracy for End of Month. CNRCs will also assist in all areas of the Central Management Team as needed. This includes but is not limited to: Staffing, ICD-10 Sequencing and Navi Health Uploads.
- Understand the different payor types and billing guidelines that follow
- Remain up to date on industry and insurance changes
- Effectively communicate with people inside and outside the company
- Verifies payor source information
- Navigate Authorization Portals
- Manage the Part B/Like B authorization tracker in the shared Teams Excel File daily
- Knowledgeable about ICD-10 coding
- Successful Time Management Skills
- Manage tasks under high pressure environments
- Possess Basic Clerical skills: answering insurance phone calls, faxing documents, organizing reports
- Perform Basic Computer skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Adobe PDF, Email
- Independently work from home or in an assigned office with little to no supervision
- Must live in Central or Southern Indiana.
- Must have prior Office/Insurance Authorization experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or general education equivalent.
- Previous clerical experience in a hospital or long-term care facility is preferred.
