We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available : Full-Time 8am-4 : 30pm, Monday-Friday with a every other weekend rotation.
HHA Wage : $17.50-$22.50 depending on experience

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include :
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
- Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
- Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
- Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
- Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.
