Boden Senior Living of Apple Valley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.
Boden Senior Living of Apple Valley opened in 2022 in Apple Valley, MN. It is located near 155th Street across from Target. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 64-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to residents with personal care services
- Recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care
- Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care
- Assisting with medication administration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an assisted living community
- Strong interest in healthcare
- Positive, compassionate attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
