Social Worker Wage : $56K / year, DOE
Location : Southwest and Northwest Metro : Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Savage, Prior Lake, Jordan, Belle Plain, Cologne, Waconia, Montrose, Buffalo, Monticello, Elk River, Ramsey, Maple Grove, Plymouth & surrounding. Plus mileage reimbursement of .67 cents per mile.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, 1.0 FTE
The social worker contracted or employed through the organization is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for medical social work services and for adherence to all conditions in the Service or Employment Agreement which include providing care based on the Social Work Practice Act.
