We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 103-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part-Time 8am-4:30pm (every other weekend)
Wage: $17.50-22.50/HR

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include:
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
- Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
- Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
- Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
- Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
