We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Club Manager/Front Desk to join our team and contribute to the success of our Club.
Job Overview:As the Assistant Club Manager/Front Desk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Club's front desk and facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day front desk activities, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service to our members. The ideal candidate is a tennis or pickleball enthusiast with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding member experiences.
Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Customer Service: Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Handle inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks: Manage court reservations, program registrations, and membership inquiries.
Maintain accurate and organized records of memberships, payments, and court usage.
Facility Operations: Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the Club.
Collaborate with the club manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Communication: Communicate effectively with members, staff, and management.
Keep members informed about club events, promotions, and updates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a sports or fitness facility.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of tennis and a passion for the sport.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for reservations and record-keeping.
