LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Clinical Manager for our Scott County offices in Scottsburg, IN. Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Mental Health Counseling is highly desired. Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in the State of Indiana (or eligible) is preferred, as well as at least 2 years of direct client care and 2 years of managerial experience. Commiserate experience in the field will be taken into consideration. This position provides operational and clinical oversight of outpatient staff and services. Duties include direct supervision of all clinical staff, outreach to community stakeholders, create and report on operation metrics, and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
