LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Clinical Manager for our Floyd County Office in New Albany, IN. Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Mental Health Counseling is required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in the State of Indiana (or eligible) is highly preferred, as well as at least 2 years of direct client care and 2 years of managerial experience. Related experience in the field will be taken into consideration. This position provides operational and clinical oversight of outpatient staff and services which includes supervision of a Care Manager Supervisor as well as their direct reports. Duties include direct supervision of all clinical staff, outreach to community stakeholders, create and report on operation metrics, and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
