LifeSpring Health System is seeking a House Manager for Sarkisian House, a supported living group home in New Albany, IN. The House Manager will supervise the case managers and techs working in the home along with scheduling shifts, monitoring the services provided to the residents, and ensuring documentation requirements are met. Duties also include teaching activities of daily living skills and linking clients with community resources. A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field is required. We are looking for a caring, compassionate and energetic person who enjoys helping others. An electronic medical record is used so computer literacy is also required.
