LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking an LPN or an RN to work in our Dubois County office in Jasper, Indiana. This is a Monday - Friday, day shift position. There may be occasional travel to other Western Division locations. Duties include setting up medication boxes for clients, educating clients about their medication(s), giving injections and assisting the providers as needed.
Requirements: Indiana LPN or RN license in good standing, experience working with addictions/MAT, psychiatric patients and medications preferred, ability and patience to teach, detail-oriented and engaging personality.
