LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for the Crisis Team at our office in Clark / Floyd County, Indiana. There will be required travel to other LifeSpring locations in Southern Indiana. A Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling with 1 year of clinical experience is required, LCSW is highly preferred. The Crisis Team Therapist will provide emergency services for any incoming call or client. They will work in collaboration with a Community Support Specialist to assess the needs of the individual in crisis and implement a plan of care. Provides mental health assessment, evaluation and documentation, and counseling for clients and families of clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, crisis intervention, acute mental health therapy, and coordination of outside referral and provision of planned education / growth experiences. The Crisis Team Therapist position is 24 / 7 rotating on call requiring coverage after hours, on weekends and holidays.
