Lifespring Health Systems is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for our office in Austin, IN. Potential candidates should be comfortable working with individuals with dual diagnoses, completing treatment plans and various other assessments. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a knowledge of various treatment modalities and commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed care.
- Indiana Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) is preferred. Minimum Licensure as an LSW or LMHCA is required.
- Computer skills are necessary; experience working with Electronic Medical Records desired.
