LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a full-time, licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide MAT services in our Western Division. This position will be based out of Jasper and provide telemedicine to Perry, Spencer, Crawford, and Orange Counties. Some travel will be required to do community education events and to meet with key community leaders. The successful candidate will have an addiction board certification and/or 1-2 yrs experience casting for patients with substance use disorder. They will also be comfortable practicing autonomously, will have completed a graduate program and be licensed or license-eligible in the State of Indiana.
