LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a WRAP Facilitator for our Paoli, Indiana office. This position requires:
- A Bachelor’s degree, with 2 or more year’s clinical experience; OR
- A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or other related field, with 2 or more years clinical experience.
- Must have 2 years’ experience working with or caring for SED youth.
Needed competencies include ability to teach ADL skills, link clients to needed resources, and document services in an EMR. Knowledge of children and families and their unique issues is required. Some travel is required for trainings and occasional visits to children’s residential facilities in Indiana.
