Lifesteps is seeking a part-time Receptionist to work in Beaver, PA. This role works Monday through Friday from 12 Noon to 5:30 PM. No Weekends, No Holidays!
The Receptionist / Secretary performs general clerical, secretarial and administrative duties for the Agency. Duties may include:
- Greeting staff and visitors and allowing access to the building
- Typing reports for supervisors who need assistance (Word or Excel docs)
- Reserve meeting rooms
- Create copies and materials needed for the center
- Answer the telephone and transfer calls
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
High School Diploma/GED and two (2) years receptionist, clerical, or office experience.
Excellent typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to articulate information to a diverse audience in a courteous manner.
Must possess attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, work in a team environment and work with confidential information in a responsible manner.
Current driver's license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle.
Ability to obtain Act 33/34 and FBI clearances - since this role works within a child care setting.
