Position Summary :
Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individual Support Plans (ISP) outcomes. Ensures compliance with 2380 and Chapter 11 regulations.
This full-time position works a Monday through Friday schedule of 8am to 4pm with weekends off!
QUALIFICATIONS : Required :
- Associate's degree OR 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities.
- Possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.
- Obtain and maintain certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).
