Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at LifeStream Behavioral Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional psychiatric nursing services. This role involves overseeing and managing unit operations, planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating client care provided by staff under your supervision. You will also be responsible for accurately assessing client's needs and prioritizing care, developing effective client care plans, utilizing knowledge to facilitate psycho-educational groups, and documenting service provision in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications
For this role, we are looking for candidates who possess a graduate degree from an accredited school of professional nursing, current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. You should have a minimum of Three (3) years nursing management experience in a mental health facility and a minimum of One (1) year in a supervisory position required. A thorough understanding of the principle of adult learning, preferably with experience developing and implementing educational programs, is also essential.
