What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Therapist / Skills Trainer position at LifeStream?
Schedule is : afternoons, evenings, weekends - schedule is flexible
Hourly rate starting at $19.50 for Skills Trainer / $25.50 for RBT. Medical insurance starting at $30 weekly.

DESE :
- Assist individuals with personal care needs and skill training.
- Work independently in participants' homes and in the community.
- Must be able to use own vehicle for transportation of consumers.
- Assist all individuals with their daily needs and ensure that all activities are reflective of their choices.
- Take initiative to integrate individual into the community in areas of his / her choice.
- Assist all individuals in meeting goals identified in all areas of the DESE Support Plan as indicated.
- Expose individual to new ideas and choices, which assist in their continued growth and development.
- Is responsible for the safety and well being of all individuals. Is aware of and follows all Individual and Program Specific Safety Plans and approved Positive Behavior Support Plans.
- Ability to carefully monitor and supervise individuals served.
- Maintain a courteous professional attitude while conducting business by effectively communicating with all LifeStream personnel, family members, and all community contacts.
