This newly created role will focus on advancing LifeStream's mission by promoting innovative programs, expanding community outreach, and driving impactful advocacy. Reporting to the President & CEO, the Vice President of Public Relations and Development will oversee all marketing, development, and public relations efforts. The role emphasizes public relations (75%) and development activities (25%), ensuring our brand reflects our commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities.
We seek a strategic thinker with experience in marketing and public relations, a passion for advocating for individuals with disabilities, and the ability to build relationships with legislators, media, and the community. Key responsibilities include enhancing LifeStream's visibility, advancing legislative advocacy, developing innovative communication strategies, and building funding opportunities.
Qualifications
Education
Required : Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field.
Experience
Required : Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, development, or public relations, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
