Sales Account Manager – Jacksonville, FL
Lifestyle Flooring has served the multi-family and single-family industry for over 50 years. We currently have operations in Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, Fort Myers and Jacksonville with plans for continued expansion. We have an immediate opportunity available in Jacksonville, FL for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager’s primary function is to grow new business, while maintaining, a customer portfolio. The Sales Account Manager will prospect the market for new customers, maintain their customer portfolio, and enhance profit margins on all accounts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prospect for new customers through cold calling, client referrals, and involvement in industry trade association events
- Measure units and prepare customer proposals and billing templates
- Actively manage current accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Visit customer accounts to enhance retention
- Sales account administration including preparation of proposals, maintaining customer database, and other relevant paperwork
- Maintain and increase margins
- Develop and enhance knowledge of all flooring products offered by the company
- Inspect installations with existing customers and evaluate installers
- Assist with dispatch and installers as needed
- Assist with order processing as needed
- Attend Sales meetings and sales training as requested
- Participate on sales teams as requested
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Computer experience is required
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Minimum two years outside sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flooring experience a plus
- High School Diploma is required, College Degree is preferred or work experience in lieu of College Degree
