Duties
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and community events.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate installation and service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solar sales or related fields such as energy sales or technical sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales is a plus.
