Lifestyle Rewards Inc is seeking selfmotivated individuals to join our team as Independent Benefit Advisors. In this role you will have the opportunity to earn both upfront and monthly residual income by educating quickserve restaurant employees about our comprehensive benefits program.
Requirements
- This position is ideal for individuals with experience in rideshare or delivery gig industry and looking to add income stability and improve their worklife balance
- Enjoys working and helping people able to display patience and kindness during service presentations. Sales and / or marketing experience is a plus
- Highly proficient in English with excellent communication and presentation skills bilingual ability is a plus
- Ability to connect with and build trust among individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation and knowledge of geographics or a good use of mapping software such as Google Maps or others
- Flexibility to to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment such as fast food establishments
- Must bring your own tablet or laptop along with internet access and have it available to show video presentations about employee benefits
