Field Specialist
Lifestyle Support Services, Inc. (LSS), an IDD Human Service Agency, is currently seeking a full-time, organized, and self-motivated professional. The selected candidate will provide day-to-day supervision for 10 – 13 group homes as well as staff and supervisors in their respective division.. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that does require working a combination of daylight/evening hours based on need. Essential duties include but are not limited to, group homes meeting regulatory guidelines as per the regulations, the development, implementation and monitoring of group home staff schedules, and ensuring the individual’s health and safety needs are met daily. The Field Specialist will also work in conjunction with other departments. Annual salary between $50.000-$60.000. Bachelor's degree required along with management experience.
