We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Brand Manager, Innovation, to drive new product development (NPD) from concept to commercialization. This role is critical in shaping our brand portfolio, working cross-functionally with global teams to ensure a consumer-first approach to innovation.
🎯 You’re a Fit If You:
- Have experience leading end-to-end projects, from ideation to market launch.
- Can build compelling business cases with market analysis, financial modeling and P&L forecasting.
- Thrive in a cross-functional role, collaborating with Operations, R&D, Sales, Regulatory and external manufacturers.
- Are a strong project manager who ensures timelines, budgets and milestones are met.
- Think strategically about product positioning, pricing and go-to-market plans.
- Are proactive in identifying challenges, escalating risks and driving solutions.
- Can communicate effectively with senior leadership and global teams.
- Use data and consumer insights to drive breakthrough innovation.
⭐ What You Bring:
- 4 years of brand innovation and/or project management experience in consumer goods (CPG preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L forecasting and business case development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Circana/Nielsen and data visualization tools.
