Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Curation: Develop and maintain best-in-class content across social media (Meta, TikTok), digital channels, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- E-commerce Optimization: Ensure accuracy of product content across all retailer and digital shelves (Amazon, retailer sites) to maximize discoverability, enhance user experience, and drive conversion.
- Social Media Management: Lead always-on social media efforts, including content posting, community engagement, and leveraging user-generated content (UGC) to increase following and build brand advocacy.
- Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyze content performance using data-driven insights to improve engagement, effectiveness, and overall ROI. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across owned, Amazon, and retail omni-channels.
Ideal Attributes:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Bring 3 years of experience in social, digital, and e-commerce marketing. A mix of agency and CPG experience is preferred.
- Possess a strong eye for design and the ability to create visually compelling content.
- Are detail-oriented with excellent project and timeline management skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Are a self-starter who can take ownership of projects from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Shopify is a plus.
