Location: Hybrid – NYC/NE Preferred, East Coast or Major Metro Areas

Compensation: $135K–$150K base performance bonus| Up to 75% Travel 🌎

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Own key national accounts in the convenience channel and lead strategic partnerships to drive sales and brand visibility.
• Lead pricing, promotion, and merchandising strategies to deliver revenue growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brokers, marketing, supply chain, and finance to execute plans.
• Analyze category and market trends to inform smart, data-driven strategies.
• Hit bold growth targets in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

🙌 Who You Are

• 5 years’ experience in CPG convenience retail sales, foodservice, or hospitality.
• Proven success managing distribution networks, both large and independent.
• A natural relationship-builder and strong negotiator.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean, fast-moving team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—self-starter, problem-solver, results-getter.
