Key Responsibilities 🚀:

• Lead full-funnel consumer engagement strategies - drive awareness, consideration and conversion across all platforms.
• Own media planning - manage paid, earned and owned media, with a strong focus on digital and social channels.
• Drive performance marketing - optimize strategies with data-driven insights, track brand performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage e-commerce - innovate pricing, optimize product content and tailor media for platforms like Amazon and other retailers.
• Partner with creative teams to deliver compelling, engaging content that resonates with consumers.
• Own the brand P&L - track performance against targets and manage budgets efficiently.
• Collaborate cross-functionally - work closely with sales, product development and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage agencies - oversee media and e-commerce agency performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead and coach team - mentor and guide direct reports to success.

Required Qualifications:

• Have 7 years of brand management experience in consumer goods, with expertise in consumer engagement, media planning and e-commerce (Amazon & retailer.com).
• Bring a general manager mindset - ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
• Are data-driven, with experience using tools like Nielsen, Numerator and e-commerce platforms for performance tracking and optimization.
• Have a strong digital and social media background and experience with full-funnel marketing strategies.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and love cross-functional collaboration.
• Are a creative problem solver, able to innovate independently and drive impactful results.
